Refund/return Policy
We aim to please our customers wherever we can but we do also realise that life isnt perfect and neither can electronic items be perfect or delievry methods for that matter. For these reason's we have setup a fair and honest refund/return policy that covers you, the customer, and us the supplier.
- It is our policy that all TV's are fully tested before shipping to you.
- Any damage during transit is covered by the delivery insurance and not by Doks Emporium.
- We only offer refunds on faulty goods if, after they have been returned, they have been found faulty by our technicians. If no fault is found then a charge will be incurred for the investigation of £20.
- If the item is found to be faulty then we will attempt to repair it, if we cannot repair it we will ship another item to you within 14 days of emailing you with our findings.
At the end of the day we will try to come to a personal arrangement with all our customer either through the telephone or through email. We believe that good customer service is best way to do business and we want you to spread the word about our products.
